Please note, we are not responsbile to errors in your shipping or billing addresses. Please check your address carefully before ordering. In the e vent your package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
ADDING OR DELETING ITEMS TO YOUR ORDER
Adding or deleting items to your order can be done only before it leaves our establishment. If you add to your order please add the necessary shipping charges. If you are deleting an item, please note that we will credit your account for any shipping costs that were added. Your credit will appear in your next order. Please be aware that this will add processing time.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
We only ship via the United States Post Office due to high shipping charges. Once a package leaves our establishment we cannot control the length of time the Post Office takes to deliver your package. However, if you do not receive your package in the alloted time please refer to your tracking number and send us an email to [email protected] as soon as possible to that together we can locate your order.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We take great care in preparing your order so it arrives in good condition. IF however, your package is damaged, please take detailed pictures of the damages (the box, envelope and the contents).
